freckle with bump under it.

Hi shelley,

i just now noticed, a freckle (which i've had all my life) on my forearm,between the wrist and elbow, that seems to have a small bump under it. I just noticed this now! This freckle is on the top part of the arm, where the hair grows, half way between the wrist and the elbow. Like i said, i've had that freckle all my life, but just now, i noticed it seems to have a bump under it .... now, on the same arm, between the elbow and the shoulder..I have some kind of mite bites, from our dog. She had a problem with that lately, and it has been hell getting rid of them! But it seems I have obviously been bitten by these mites as well, on the top part of the same arm. They seem to cause little reddish "holes" sort of, and itch like hell!
There are a number of these little "holes", which by now have scabbed over. I usually put Calamine lotion on them, and take benedryl for the itch, whcih does help. But TODAY, i just noticed, that down farther on that same arm, between the elbow and wrist (on the top side of the arm), is this little "bump", or inflamation, with the same little "hole" in the middle of it....yet, it is on a freckle! This sent me off into a tizzy, thinking i had some kind of skin cancer, being that i live in florida...I try my best to stay out of direct sunlight, but esp. when you're driving, you can't help it, and that LEFT arm, is the arm that mostly gets exposed to the sun when i drive! so, naturally, my mind goes into overdrive, and I'm thinking skin cancer! But, it may be just some type of mite bite, since I have them farther up the same arm......what does this sound like to you?
