As a matter of fact I take kefir on a regular basis along with lecithin and NYF and lately I've started taking chromium
and zinc 2x per week especially 'cause I've been on the birthcontrol for many years and also 'cause I beleive that I eat alot of sugar

Another thing, often times my stools have the texture AND color of peanutbutter and/or almond butter ... does this seem normal to u
