Hi Shelley

I was thinking .. re power of digestion. Should I be drinking the chai just before bed or am I meant to drink it before 8?

Can I drink it at 10PM?

Also, can I take it with triphala?

I'm loving this milk so much! It reminds me of Rasmalai! Very Happy

I find that liquids are pretty safe to have late at night, but your results may vary! Smile So try having it at 10:00 and see how it goes. It would be great to take it with triphala, as it will increase the action of the triphala. Many herbs are served up in hot simmered milk to stimulate their active ingredients and increase bio-availability.
