Hey
thanks for the reply it's always greatly appreciated ... well I have been eating alot of salads, fish and vegetable stir fries with a bit of fruit and so far so good ... my skin is clearing up well ... I got a bit of dry skin but the moisturising, fish and avocado seems to be helping that ... now though I have a wee bit of a cold so I am going to keep up my C vit's to try and shift it ... though I think me having this has something to do with the green tea I have been drinking these past couple of days ...
I'll keep you posted

Darn it ... I don't know if you can tell me whether or not this me eating healthy consuming my five a day, drinking 2L of water, eating fish, taking herbal teas has something to do with this cold that I have. I know that I have a post nasal drip as the doctor confirmed that I had annual allergies last year ... by any chance will my new eating habits help to clear these allergies ? I had bronchitus over xmas as well ... a little bit confused !!
Thanks for the help

| It is allergy season! Eating a very clean diet will always help allergies, as will getting adequate vitamin A and Zinc. And when you eat a very clean diet you can expect some healing crisis reactions, which can imitate allergies. The best thing varies from person to person. For me, to get rid of most symptoms, all I had to do was an enema and presto! all problems gone. You may just have to do a sinus cleanse and keep up the fiber. Have you flushed out your sinuses to ensure you don't have irritants? |

| Google for Neti Pot and you'll find excellent instructions all over the 'net. It's one of the things I recommenmd for everyone, especially people who suffer from frequent sinus issues. Or go to Amazon and buy the Sinucleanse system, altho chances are good your local rite-aid has it too. |

Neti pots look scary !! My nose has however, gotten much better which is fab, I just tend to have a problem with the throat now alot of cattarh but I am going to have to see if there are any herbs i can take to budge it ...
I am getting the occasional rashes / blemishes coming up now but heal relatively quickly which is truly fab ... I am on a completely raw diet ...
Oh Shelley there is something that I wanted to ask about Brewer's Yeast ... if you have a yeast infection is it such a good idea to take this stuff ???
Thanks |

| Brewer's Yeast shouldn't have anything to do with yeast overgrowth anywhere. Some candida people do get sensitive to yeast products, but I never did. |

I'm not real big on spirulina, most of the time we can't really assimilate the nutrients there, and it's not enough to really make much of a difference.
I always thought NYF tasted much better than the green stuff! LOL! Have you tried it in my protein shake or blueberry smoothie? You can always just take a synthetic vitamin/mineral supplement instead, just don't cheap out and get those stupid "one a day" things. |

Only like, once every 3-4 days. Make sure you have at least 1-2 days of normal color before you take it again. |

Shelley
I just want to ask you about this group of pimples that I appear to have come up on my forehead ... there seems to be rather alot like 10 of them which for me is totally not normal as I usually only get two at the most ... I am wondering whether this is as a result of a stomach bug that i have just gotten over I mean they really started to appear by the 2nd day of my illness ... tiny little red bumps with very very little pus inside in fact you could pull them out with a tweezer and it would be like a blackhead but really an enclosed comedone ..
You mentioned before that an acne prone person could never fully recover until he or she manages to maintain an alkaline balance .. do you mean within the stomach ? Will eating lots of fresh organic vege salads, taking oils, little fish, avocado's and little fruit help deal with this problem ... I can't eat too much fruit because it aggrivates my candida so I have to be very careful, but I read that grapefruit is ok to consume as it kills off the yeast in the gut ...
Hope your well and look forward to hearing from you soon ... |

stomach bugs means the entire digestive system has been compromised, and this can manifest in many different types of blockages and backflows within the alimentary canal and biliary ducts. So do what you can to flush yourself out - flush the liver (see the slow liver cleanse), bowels, lymph, etc. and replace the friendlies you lost. |
