| I recently had a serious craving for some food from my former carb- and sugar addicted life... I made some quinoa flour flat breads that were pretty bad, but I wanted to share my idea for a spread for it. I took some canned pumpkin and added a little stevia and cinnamon and it was yummy. (Hope it's ok to eat pumpkin on the candida diet, Shelley!) |

occasionally after the first 1-3 months, yep!
What I did for bread was to make tortillas out of brown rice flour. You just add a bit of water and oil, roll it out, cook them on a very flat pan or pancake griddle, let cool and enjoy!
A spoonful of "just fruit" jams is allowed every now and again too after the first 3 months of very strict diet. |
