Hi Shelley,

I was wondering is it true that Cilantro removes HM's from the body quicker than anything else.

I found this website http://www.naturodoc.com/library/treatments/removing_heavy_metals.htm

Just wondering your thoughts

Thanks in advance

Emily

Cilantro has a very good rep for aiding the body with heavy metals. There's been solid research on this. If you can eat a half cup of cilantro (see recipes for pesto) you will get almost all the good minerals you need too. But it really needs to be pulverized first, or simmered as broth. It's very difficult for the body to get what it needs from large pieces of plant fiber.
