I've been having fresh red blood in my poops lately hence the doctor I went to see sent me for this exam.

I was told NOT to eat any red beets, turnips, horseradish, melons and red meat nor take any aspirin,
anti inflammatories, Iron supplements, laxatives, anti-diarrhea or antiacids; however, do u think
it would be ok to take enzymes with some meals ??

or should I hold off till after I complete the three day test ??

Some people say that we can keep stools at room temperature; others say in the the fridge ...

what do u say Shelley ??

I should also mention that I have bring one specimen each day between 7:30 Am- 11 AM and NOT all three
together since my bowels r also being checked for candida ...

Is this a thorough enough investigation in ur humble opinion ???
I've been having digestive problems for about three years now ... and ESPECIALLY burping !! ...
bad taste in mouth when I awake in the mornings ... gas ... irregular bowels movements that r
often times oily and float ... other times loose, thin or really huge ... and periods of rumbling noises whenever
I eat wheat, junkfoods and/or too much food in one sitting Rolling Eyes

I do try to follow Dr. D'Adamo's way of life but I have a very sweet tooth ... sigh ...

U're the only person that I trust that will tell it LIKE IT IS.

Thank-u so much in advance Very Happy

it's best not to take enzymes prior to a test, they do test for enzyme levels and they would skew the results.

Fresh blood is not good, be sure to follow up on this!
