| I'm sure this is on here somewhere so if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great! I don't know if I have leaky gut but I'm pretty sure I have Candida. Brain fog, memory lapses, can't recall words, etc. Thanks! |

| If the symptoms worsen after eating or your pulse constantly raises after eating, more than the usual 10%, then you're dealing with leaky gut. Especially if you see hives. If you have leaky gut you have candida, at least, candida has gotten where it shouldn't. We always always always have candida, it is only when it is out of balance that we have an infection. |

| I haven't had a chance to read about how to do the pulse test (can you point me to where that is?) but I do notice that I get brain fog symptoms after eating. Sometimes I get short of breath too, but not very often. I don't get hives. I do always want sweet after my meals though. |

oo always craving sugar and carbs.. that's interesting. You could be very deficient in digestive enzymes, salt, B vits and maybe even adrenal exhaustion. You may want to add some adrenal support to your regimen. Bielers Broth could be all you need, or a bit of licorice/ginseng/gotu Kola.
Since you feel that heaviness and brain drain a lot, you might want to get some Gotu Kola. It's much better than caffeine. Peps you up just a little, you don't feel wired, helps you think straight.
Pulse test is in the FAQ, first part. |
