Hello,
I would like to drink the parsley tea for my kidneys. Does it have to be made from the seeds, roots or the leaves? And if from the leaves - dried or fresh ones?
Thanks and blessings

Since parsley is easy to find fresh, by all means use fresh! There should be a recipe for a veggie broth in the FAQ that is wonderful as a base for egg-drop soup and such. Much easier to drink than JUST parsley all by its lonesome!
Fresh Parsley somewhat chopped needs a light simmer (avoid roiling boil) for only about five to ten minutes to extract its value. |
