Technical Question

Hi there,

My friend is trying to post a question here and she can't get an account. Here's what she described:

She signs up for a user name/password, but never gets the activation email the system says she'll receive. She's tried multiple names/PWs, but none work. She's also checked spam filters for the activation email and she's sure it never made it through.

Any tips?
