hi there,

during my last flush i had nausea and vomited the whole mix at 6 o clock in the morning.
now i read that peppermint or ginger tea can prevent that.
is it possible to drink the teas after 14:00?
i often read you should drink anything but water after 14:00.

are there other suggestion what to do with nausea and burping the oil taste up?

thank you

Shelley's recommendation to suck peppermints is spot on. I could never get thru a LF without them.

Did you prop yourself up with a few pillows when you slept, so that you were on an angle (head higher than stomach)?

That is the only thing that made any difference for me. Sleep flat: sick. Sleep propped up: no sick.
