|
|
Hey
Just a quick question I wanted to ask if anyone else here has suffered an ongoing issue of raised redness on their chin area ... I use to suffer with full blown acne on my chin but luckly now after stopping the pill 2 years ago this has cleared up ... what I am asking is if anyone has managed to overcome this problem or does one think that it could be caused by makeup ... or even an excess of salts which I do have an addiction to !
Any advice would warmly welcomed

| Chrissi, what are your other symptoms currently? That salt craving worries me. Are you limiting salt intake? Or craving salt despite getting enough? Have you ever had your hormones checked out? You could have Addison's Disease or extremely weakened adrenals, and this does tend to cause acne along the neckline and chin. Stop eating sugar, take Chromium and feed the Adrenals (see FAQ). |

| I am not limiting my salt intake I actually think that i might be taking into too much so I am trying to control it. When you say focus on the adrenals what sort of things do you suggest ... things like cranberry juice, parsley and dandelion tea ? x |
