|
|
Dragan has very kindly uploaded these pages to the server so you can all see them without me having to e-mail them to you.
The dosha test still doesn't calculate but it only adds up to 22 - just note the score on the left and whether it's Vata, Pitta, Kapha. You can check more than one dosha per question.

The Dosha Ailments page is a new document designed to help you figure out which dosha (or doshas) is out of balance, and whether to begin pungent therapy, cleansing, or rebuilding.
Since these are not fully formatted with the header, open them in a new page or click your "back" button to return to the site.

So enjoy using them, please do ask questions as needed, and please provide any constructive feedback you wish. |

Hi Shelley..
This my score:
Vata-19
Kapha-11
Pita-11
As for the vata/ama test this is what mine is...it is between the vata + ama and the vata - ama.
I have a coated tongue that just started actually just before my period about 2-3 days ago. My rash on my mouth is getting better but when I have a coated tongue I notice it acts up. I have been upping my probiotics. I started to eat rice but brown rice pasta doesn't seem to bother me maybe because I use your recipe but did have some with my tomato sauce a couple of days ago. I still only have 1 bm a day. I am hypothyroid. I do get some gas. This is what I eat most of the time....avocados, burgers, chicken, sardines, salads, salsa, toasted tortilla and reg., I take a liq. multi but sometimes forget to take it, I take powdered mag. (natural calm), I had oatmeal today and it made it more with coconut oil/cinnamon/honey and it made it more dry. I drink the cleansing drink sometimes without lemon in the morning which for a while was bothering my rash around my mouth along with salt, citrus fruit, tomato sauce..i guess anything acid but rash is doing ok.. can't complain...overall I am doing pretty good with symptoms expect for the rash and losing a lot of weight...I also have my mixed nuts that I put together with dried cranberries and blueberries, sometimes I have the your protein shake but not with the lecthin, I just started adding sweet potatoe about 3 days ago. I stopped taking antifungals expect for the food type, like cinnamon, garli.. but don't overdue with them either, I do still smoke but didn't have a coated tongue until a few days ago. It gets coated once in a while but this is the longest and usually when I drink the cleansing drink it helps or do something spicy. My mouth is dry like cotton mouth and was thinking it was from the coating. I don't know if it is toxins or minerals/supps. So bottom line is my main complaint is the coating of the tongue (white) and it isn't thick. When I brush it it still is coated. The whole tongue is coated light but more towards the back. I do feel very hyper and can't focus and forgetful. When I drink ginger tea it doesn't sit well with me and peppermint tea makes my mouth more dry. Now I am drinking water with sea salt and even water doesn't help.
Sorry so long |

| All coats are temporary unless they're thrush. You're supposed to brush them off after you use them for diagnosis and analysis purposes. That way, if they return the next morning, you know you didn't eat right the day before. If you just leave the coat there, you don't know how to read it for the next day because it's from the day before! |
