| Which is better to take. What effect does unbuffered have on the body as buffered. Is unbuffered bad to take. What is the difference between the 2. |

Unbuffered C adds acid to the stomach, which is fantastic for digestive power. Taken right before a meal, it acidifies the stomach for you so that you don't have to take vinegar or anything else. As long as you're only taking 500 mg or less, you won't irritate your stomach.
"C" is short for Ascorbic ACID, one of the reasons why I get so pissed off with the alkaline/acid people who say we should all be alkaline. It's such a lie. We should all be balanced, yes, but some acids are GOOD. |
