Hi shelley, I have a question, on february 1st it's going to be 3 months since I've been on the candida diet, i've seen very good results, I also did another liver flush, as well as a saltwater flush, I believe this was my 4th liver, and saltwater flush. I've been avoiding any alcohol, and was just wondering when I can drink? My birthday, christmas, and new years passed and I didn't have a single drink lol, and well it's very tempting, so I just wanna know when you think it's safe for me to be able to drink..
Thanks |

Goodness, after 3 months of no cheating I'd say it's time for at least a shot or two! LOL! Just have your Emergen-C or something similar ready to drink the next day. |

hi shelley =)
I have a question for you, ever since the last time I did a liver flush and saltwater flush, my acne is pretty much gone, I do get a few pimples every once in a while, but nothing that bothers me much, but I don't think my face looks how it should, when I drink beer(maybe any kind of alcohol, but I mostly drink beer when I drink) my face gets slimmer, I thought it was just me, but everytime I drink, my face just looks better the next day, or even after a few hours I start drinking, and I think this is how my face should look, when I don't drink, my face looks like it's a little inflamed in my cheeks or something. I just wanna know what's happening here lol, what does beer do, does it cleanse the colon, liver, I don't know, if it does cleanse some body part, I wanna know what it is, so I can start focus cleansing that body part..
Thanks |

| Alcohol is a diuretic, it could be that your non-alcoholic fluids are not passing out of you quickly enough due to high salt intake or other things that cause edema? |

Haha...if you are talking about hummus...oh yea...yummmmmm. The other day I had a whole thing of it, just with my fingers...haha..lol lol |

Hey obarrera,
I know what you mean... its weird. For me, I don't really drink, but often after I have something bad for me, like something sugary or like cake or some flour thing, a few hours later and the next morning my skin just looks... soomehow better. It's not that it like has actually changed or something... it just somehow has that "alive" glow. Weirdness. |

Yeah, exactly, but it only seems to happen with alchocol to me, if I eat chocolate, or something very sugary I think I do breakout and my face looks like shit..but with alcohol, I get that alive glow like you said.lol |

| Alcohol in small amounts is a tonic because it thins the blood. |
