hi shalley,

in your recipes you often suggest raw eggs....are they really suggestable?

i still read that eggs can be contaminated with salmonellae....

is it safe?

and to the essential oils...some suggest to take the essential oils in the right balance....klinghardt for example suggest to take 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil and 1 tabelspoon of flax seed oil to get the right balance of omega 3 and 6.....he says too much omega 3 will kick out the omega 6...

what do you think about that?

would it be a problem to only take flax seed oil?

all the best

Hi peter! Only about 1 in 40,000 eggs are contaminated with salmonella, and then on the shell, not the inside. So rinse off the eggs you buy before putting them in the fridge and don't worry about it! With those odds you'dhave to eat a hell of a lot of raw eggs!

Udo Erasmus is my fats guru and his flax seed oil blend has the proper ratio. So if you can find Udo's oil, take that. If you can't, blend as much as convenient! Just be sure to refrigerate or even freeze the flax oil so it doesn't go rancid.
