Out of nowhere tonight, I felt a prickly/raw sensation on the tip of my tongue and when I went to take a look in the mirror I noticed this purplish looking spot right on the tip on the left hand side ...
This was about 6 hours ago ... the spot's still there now, but it feels smoother ...
Would u have any idea what this could be due to ??

Is there anything going on with your digestion that your tongue is only reflecting? When you see something odd on your tongue, look for symptoms elsewhere too, because usually the tongue is the indicator for the rest of your body.
If it's localized to ONLY your tongue and nothing else, which I doubt, it would be glossitis, which crops up when B's and iron are deficient. |

Unfortunately, I do have Iron deficiency/anemia but I've been working on getting it better for the past few months now with liquid Floradix and eating more meats ... and it's possible that I'm low on B's since I indulged on alot of sweetstuff during the holiday season  
I'm back on the Dr D'Adamo eating plan for my blood hence hopefully it'll get better soon ...
U're awesome Shelley ... u always have all the answers !!! 
How's ur kidneys btw ?? How's ur health in general ??
