I've been planning to write this down for a long time, but never got around to it. Now i'm having some problems which will require flush, so it's a good time to get it done.
It's from a natural healing book from an eastern author (Maloahov) that sold over 40 milion books, and even if you still want to go with Hulda's sissy flush there are some nice tips on improving the flush, which i've never seen writtten anywhere else.
What is certain is you'll definatley pass stones if you have them. I've once gotten a bit to cocky with 2 great flushes and actually ate a normal dinner at 6pm, and flushed the liver 8pm. Needless to say i got really sick and ended up throwing up around 11pm, but that didn't stop stones from being flushed. Yep, it's that good
I'm translating it so it might not sound pretty but i'll make sure everything is correct...since i'm translating this from a language a tad different from my own, when unsure of the meaning (or if i don't know it in english) i'll put the fraze in "quotations".
So...
The whole secret to cleansing the liver is in good preparation - softening of the organism. Softening in form of hot water therapy should be done 3-4 times [by this he means going to a sauna or under a very hot shower for 5-25 minutes, followed by 10-20 seconds of cold/coldish water shower/pool]. The last softening therapy should be done a day before th eliver flush.
If for 3-4 days before the flush you have eaten mosly plant food and have drunk freshly sqezzed juice [1 part red beet / 4 parts apples] and did enemas once a day - your preparation will have been perfect.
[note that this autor doesn't suggest liver flush before you do at least some bowel management]
Finally, the day to flush has arrived. It's best if the flush is done on the fool moon, as the body's power of cleansing is then increased [also, the liver is strongest in spring, and weakest in the fall] and if you are relaxed and calm. Eat light for breakfast, having prior drunk the aforementioned juice. Luch should be light as well, and 1 or 2 hours after lunch start to warm the area of the liver. Put a termophor on the liver area (or a heating device) and walk arond with it for the remainder of the day you cleanse.
[Explanation for this is given prior: healing by warmth is the best way to quiet down inflamation and spasm of the liver. For this, 3-4 hours before the flush we heat the liver area and continue to heat it ater taking oil and lemon. Apart from other things, it is known that in 90-99% cases the stones are made from holesterin. The warmth helps to dissolve them, there are no spasams and they flow freely down the bile tubes.]
Around 19-20 hours begin with the live flush. Heat the oil and lemon to around 30-35 degrees Celzius, having determeined the dosage by your own body weght and how your body handles the oil.
[Practice has shown that people of around 65-70 kg, depending on how they tolerate oil, should do the first flush with 150-200 ml. Afterwards you can increase up to 300ml, or keep it same, which should be enough. *anything in the 100-300 ml is acceptable. That's for oil only, the lemon should be in the same dosage, so it's 150-200 ml (100-300 ml) EACH].
Everything is ready, infront of you are two glasses. Take a sip or two of oil, and follow it by lemon juice (use straws to avoid unpeasant oil taste). After 15-20 minutes, if no nausea occours reapeat the procedure, wait again, etc, untill you have drunk all of it. You can sit quietly and read a book.
If you can't stand the oil and it starts to bother you after the first sip, you need to wait untill the unplesant feeling in mouth and stomach passes. If it's not passing, the amount of oil and lemon should be reduced. Termophor can be removed, or can be kept on.
Once you've drunk the oil&lemon there is a sequence of things you can do to increase the cleansing effect. About an hour, hour and a half after drinking the ingredients, sit in a comfrotable sitting position (best to sit on your heels), close your left nostril and breathe on your right one. Put a pinch of cayeen paper on your toungue, and on your liver area "Kuznecovljev's aplicator" [no idea what that is. re: nostrils, accoring to joga breathing thru only the right nostril help to heat the body and increases it's "decomposing" power]. All this will incrase the creation of energy and heat with it being directed towards the liver. Breathe slowly, rithmycaly (4-6 time per minute), working hard with your "diaphragm". Throw out your stomach when you breathe in, and lift it up when you breathe out. This will ensure a wonderfull liver massage, increase bloodfloow to the liver and wash away any clogs in it. Breathe like this for 15-30 minutes, then rest an hour, and then repeat the breathing. During the one hour rest put a magnetic aplicator on the liver area, or just a plain magnet.
Magnetotherapy is an important factor, which increases capliare bloodflow. The scientists have determined that red blood cells with only one blood preasurre are not able to move thru the capilares. The main mechanism of their movement is based on, that at the dialated end of the capilare the preasure brings red blood cells together. On account of them having the same electrical charge, the bounce away from one another to the side of less concetrated area and thanks to that they break thru and move in capilares.
This is especialy important to use to increase bloodflow in the liver, which consists of a unique venus capilare system [really should look up how to spell that, but you probably get what i mean by now ]. Aditionaly, the magnetic field activates the ferments, which play a significant role in cleansing therapy. All of this things combined together - heat, ferment acivity, incrased bloodflow, increased number of red blood cells alows you to soften up, wash out and evict all the filth and stones. This "little genius" alows to engage the deepest quantum potentials of the body responsible for life activity, cleansing and rehabilitation. No other flush acts as powerfull as the one just described. Around 23:00, or later (sometimes at dawn) when the biorythm of the liver and the gallbladder is at it's peak, the flushing begins.
In the morning, do an enema. First meal should be half a liter of juice [carrot, red beet and apple]. The juice will aditionaly cleanse your liver.
*First flush is the most dificuly one, because the body loses a lot of strenght. Flushing is like a small operation, so give yourself enough time to regain strenght. At least 3 weeks between flushes, and no more than 5-6 in a year (thou this is not explicitly stated, he never mentions more than 5 in a year).
* Why is it necesary to flush more than once? The answer is because the liver consits of 4 pieces. During one flush, you can thourogly clean only one part of the liver. During the second - another, and so on. One should flush as long as there are stones.
That be the whole story. I remeber my first liver flush, and only one i did by following the whole procedure. The amount i got out was so big i was convinced i had flushed the night after as well (lots of stones and junk with the first day enema, and then a whole lot more tomorrow in the first solid stool). Obviouly that wasn't the case. I nearly fainted imagining where on earth all of that could fit in a liver...and to think that was only 1/4? Made me wonder how i come i lived so long |
