OK, I have finally decided to flush on Monday night.
1) What's the optimum food schedule for the next 3 days - it's my first flush.
I thought I should semi-fast ...
breakfast - kefir
lunch - lentil/vegetable stew, brown rice
dinner - skip
plan to take lecithin, cleansing drink, liver herbs
Oxypowder at night, psyllium and enema in mornings (run out of bentonite)
2) are these supplements a good idea?
3) I have run out of GCG grass now - will my stones stay crushed til Monday night?
4) Should I avoid fats in the next 3 days (fish oils, EPO, egg yolk)?

1. If that works for you, go for it.
2. Yep, altho I don't recommend long-term usage of oxypowder. It's great for short term, but long term can cause magnesium overdoses.
3. Yes.
4. A lot of people choose to in order to "build up pressure." It's good to do that at least once, flush, get a baseline idea of how your body works. Then you can try another flush sometimes and go ahead and have fats and see if you get different results. I found that I didn't really get different results so I don't deny myself anymore. |
