How soon are immediate effects of Liver Flush?

If I flush on Monday night, how will I feel Tuesday early afternoon?

Will I be feeling ill or amazing??

I ask because I have an appointment then.

I have heard you can feel rubbish after, then great, then not so good again as the old stones move forward.

Would love to know approx. timings on this

If you do an enema or fiber shake/porridge for breakfast you should be totally fine for whatever you need to do, but it's still a good idea to take it easy for a day or two.
