hi all,
perhaps it is the high protien diet or whatever, but i have a hard time staying regular. but when i drink the kefir shake, that seems to keep me going. as i dont consume much fiber in my diet, do you think it could be the fiber content in the kefir (the container says 3grms or 12%) thats doing it or is there another reason the kefir makes me go? and its always a light tan in color...does that mean anything, good or bad? |

| Kefir makes you go because of the probiotics in it, they wake up your digestion. A high-protein diet is usually low fiber, which is why it's good to have some vegetarian days cycled in at least one day out of 3 or 4. Have a fiber shake before you go to sleep if you haven't had at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. |
