I found a lump on my neck recently, under the chin where the neck starts, right in there, maybe 1cm across or less. No pain.
I lost weight recently, wondering if it's been there a while and only now i can feel it.
Was at the dermatologists recently, got her to feel it, and she said don't worry about it, might be a lipoma, might be a swollen gland (though there aren't really any there).
I guess it might be a cyst or a lipoma - my plan is to just watch it, I don't see what a doctor could do about it.
Is there any natural approach for dissolving lumps like this?
Thanks |

Have you ever been injured there? Taken a hit or bump there? That will often leave a bit of hard skin that's no worry.
Taking in plenty of Skin Food will sometimes help with cysts. If it's mostly fat cells then B vits, lecithin and all the things that help with healthy fat assilimilation will take care of it.
If it's a response to toxins, like a mole is, then sometimes applying electrolytes directly to the area as a gel or compress can make a difference. Master's Miracle gel is good for that. |

No, never been injured there.
It's pretty deep inside, I guess more throat than neck, a rounded thing that can be palpated.
I hope that some IR saunas might also help to detox it.
I've got some Master's Miracle-type gel (not the actual branded stuff), I'll try applying it on my throat/neck. |

| I will also up my intake of lecithin and nutritional yeast, haven't been having either of those recently! |
