I have another question, I am doing not to bad on this but the mornings I get really hungry, I really like having the protein shake but feel like i need something to control the hunger. I can go without eating (just the cleansing drink, which I only put lemon and acv and skip the other stuff, it bothers me) until about 10 or 11, i rather have the protein shake to keep the digestion easy, can i combine the protein shake with part of the fiber shake to have a full feeling. Plus every time I noticed when I take the oxypowder or the triphala.
Yeah, I think the other day I over did the exercise cause my dizzy spells came back a little, should I be drinking alot of water considering I drink the cleansing drink just about all day. |
Shelley forgot to finish this question: Plus every time I noticed when I take the oxypowder or the triphala my dizziness comes back or when I take cal/mag fizz. Well the dizziness is when I get up quickly or roll to my right and then it goes away and the muscle on that side is tight, been under alot of mental stress lately too. |

Feeling lightheaded from standing up too quickly is not dizziness. Dizziness is when the world turns even tho your'e standing still. Neither Cal-Mag or Triphala should cause dizziness, but light headedness can happen as the electrolytes balance out, or perhaps you're dehydrated and the magnesium is causing low blood pressure.
The tea should be okay. |
