I rarely have candida threads in my stool unless I do a ACV enema. Is this an indicator that my candida is not bad?

I ask because I am still trying to pinpoint if I have leaky gut only or leagy gut and candida.

Thanks in advance.

If you can see threads in your stool you have it bad, as in virulent candida, which always causes leaky gut. To see any threads at all, ever, is bad. You rarely ever see them because they're so good at staying where they want to stay. You have to have a lot for them to be seen coming out.
