I have a big jar of triphala powder.
Can I add it to my candida psyllium fibre shake, and get the benefits?
How much?
Thank you! |

| Oh sure, that should be fine. Try half a teaspoon at first. |

| Hey all speaking of the fiber shake. I want to do them but they would constipate me, so I was wondering if by adding the above the other person was going to add help move it a long, if not what else will work. I also wanted to ask if I want to take herbs for cleansing the liver and or parasites should they be taken just before the fiber shake or can they go into the shake too. |

Fiber shakes can be made to do anything you wish: cleanse in general, cleanse parasites, replace the friendlies, depending on what you add to them. The trick is to only have them do one thing at a time.
Yes, adding laxatives should help the fiber move. You can make fiber shakes with laxative herbal tea instead of plain water, or drink the tea afterwards, or both! Start out with just half a teaspoon of fiber, let it soak for awhile before swallowing, and see how you do. |

| Ok, that is a good idea with the tea. So if I put lets say parasite stuff in a fiber shake it will still be able to kill or effect them. |
