hi there,

is cheese ok on candida diet? also, are there any store - bought breads which are OK to eat?

if i go to a bakery to buy bread, what am i looking for? no yeast and whole grains? thank you.

After the first 1-3 months you can introduce the very hardest, most aged cheeses such as parmesan and romano, some cheddar. Keep reading the sticky posts and FAQ, it's all there on what you can and cannot eat and why.
