hello,
sorry to post so many questions. i am trying to get as much info as i can to move forward.


is there a good way to get tested for food allergies? i want to determine if i am allergic to gluten or anything else.

Nope, if you're a candida sufferer you will test positive to everything you eat. There's advice on how to do your own testing in the FAQ, keep reading!
