Hey Shelley,

I think you mentioned before that chromium imbalance could be implicated in problems with cracking joints, is this true? Or am I remembering incorrectly?

I have quite a problem with them and althouth at the moment its only the noise I was just wondering if there were any implications for imbalance or toxicity that would cause most joints on my body to crack and pop, especially on my back?

Thanks.

if you're prone to dislocating/popping out joints, that's manganese. Joint problems in general can be lack of sulfur or chromium, or too much copper.
