What do you think of Forces of Nature aromatherapy oils products?

I was looking at this one for PMS, they say it contains vitex as one of the ingredients along with essential oils - it is absorbed directly into the skin, you are supposed to rub it into areas of discomfort. So for me, my thighs hurt at PMS time, so I'd rub it there.

They say "PMS-Finesse ingredients have their effect not by supplementing or mimicking progesterone but by a distinct influence on the pituitary gland, which in turn generates proper equilibrium of estrogen and progesterone in the body."

Is this product advisable, or is it mucking around with hormones too much?

Vitex is great. You'd probably get more bang for the buck from the sensiblehealth tincture of vitex, however. Julia calls it Fem-Mate.
