Could this be a root cause?

I was between 2 and 8 monhts old and had some kind of virus or strep or something. I had a fever and a little diarehha. The DR. told my mom to be very carefull that I did not get dehyrdated and make sure I was urinating. After that she watched me closly and noticed I wasn't urinating and then noticed there was a little bit if red sand in my diaper. My grandfather who is a pharmasist said he thought it meant I was so dehyrdated and my kidneys were so stressed that I was passing sediment and if they didn't do something emmidietly my kidnies might collapse.

my mom said there was no bowel movemnt in my daiper and it looked like it was deffinetly from my urine.

The Dr. never confirmed if I was passing sediment or not but they got me on pedialite and the problem went away.

I was wondering if this could be partially at the root of my severe allergies growing up and other health problems.

It could partly be, most certainly, but there has to be another root cause that allowed you to get strep at such an early age! And that root cause is usually being on formulas rather than mother's milk. When we don't start out with mother's milk, the gut doesn't get properly populated with friendly flora and that sets us up for all kinds of problems from then on.

Another root cause is getting too many vaccines at once. And it's interesting that you got sick between 2 months and 8 month old, because the schedule of vaccines is usually sometime around 2 months and 6 months.

I don't know if it was strep, my mom couldn't remember. She breast fed me but I don't know if she used formulas too?

Should I take any cautions with my kidneys or take extra steps to clean them just incase?

Drinking the cleansing drink 1-3 times a day, and cranberry juice and EmergenC will thoroughly cleanse your kidneys just fine. It's only if you have symptoms now of flank pain and odd lab test results that you should do more.
