i dont know if this indicates anything wrong, but i sometimes sweat like crazy when i sleep. i could be sitting comfortable in a room for hours, but if i fall asleep, i wake up drenched. is there anything behind this?

Oh yes, there can be. Night sweats is a symptom, and it can be caused by low zinc, low potassium, low magnesium, low manganese, high/low iodine, high sodium, high Vitamin A.
