Hi Shelley
I have done the standard tests for liver and kidney function and such.
Everything was normal, except cholesterol. I have very high cholesterol
it says:
Total cholesterol 294 mg/dl (max 200)
Cholesterol HDL 70 mg/dl (max 60)
Cholesterol LDL 206 mg/dl (max 155)
Triglycerides 92 mg/dl (max 150)
HDL% 24% (min 20%)
Liver enzymes not elevated at all
TSH 3 was 2,830 uIU/mL (min 0.27 max 4,2)
I have 11 liver flushes under my belt (did the last one in january) and eat lecitihin everyday and Im on the candida diet for many years and eat god fats (I still have candida and LGs though, and a horrbile parasite infestation).
I cant do flushes anymore since I have parasitic issues going on in the liver and it just hurts more.
Why would I have such high cholesterol? I had during the liver flushes too..
I guess that my liver would continously produce those liver stones that you see in a flush and I could probably liver flush my whole life and never have three "emtpy" flushes in a row?
Thankful for any input,

Elevated cholesterol can have several causes that don't involve fats. These deficiencies will increase total cholesterol: manganese, magnesium, chromium, sulfur, PABA, biotin, Vitamin B3/4.
Also, high potassium (happens easily to juicers), high Vit B1, high Vit B6.
High LDL's are from: Low choline, low lecithin, low Vitamin B3, low Vit E, low EFAs, low sodium, high Vit B5.
Sugar will increase cholesterols, and fat-soluble toxins like smog/car exhaust and pesticides will necessitate the creation of fats to deal with them. If you run out of the things you need to make storage fats, cholesterol is made instead.
And don't forget genetics. First try to lower your numbers by addressing the deficiencies and making lifestyle changes, but if that doesn't help within 3 months, you might want to take prescription drugs.
