I was wondering what it means when ur nose always feels dirty so to speak 
If I don't clean it right away, it hardens up and turns into nasty boogers and whenever I do try to get it cleaned up there's also blood with this greenish yellowish stuff ... it's so discusting actually ... please excuse the graphics !!!
Can this be too much cleansing or too much pungent therapy or a weakened immune system or whatever else ... etc ...

Hi Lila!
If they're really ugly, there could be sinus infection, in which case you should use the Neti Pot and cleanse and maybe see a doctor.
Or it could just be that your area has a very high dust/pollen count currently and so your sinuses are having to work overtime shedding all that stuff. A Neti Pot cleanse will help that too. |

| I really want to do a video on full range of movement, but I'm working on the candida book and learning software currently, so the video project will have to wait. |
