Hey, Im really worried about the cleansing product Ive been taking to help with my skin, Ive just discovered it has senna in it and I know that can create dependency. Would you mind taking a look at the list of ingredients and seeing if its ok? Ive been taking bout 10-20 mL every day for about a month. the product info is
Each 10mL of Pinnacle Tonic contains herbal extracts equivalent to dry:

Please help me out with this, Im really worried that im going to be dependent on senna now. Thankyou.

is this a homeopathic remedy? Stay away from those, they can get you intro trouble. The flu one is okay but any others...

The amounts are low enough that you should be okay. Just stop now, get plenty of fluids, get adequate amounts of fiber but not too much, and find out what your natural transit times are. Your body will probably rebound for about 3 days and be slow, but it should recover.
