You said to take the anti-fungal shake for 12 days, then a probiotic shake for a month, then repeat with a new anti-fungal ...

Say I did this for 3 cycles, using caproil, oregano oil, GSE

This would mean taking fibre shakes 1-3 times daily for about 4 months ... is this OK to continually take fibre for this long (I was just going to stick to psyllium), as long as our bodies aren't indicating intolerance?

Also, the probiotic month - so is this the best way to take probiotics, on an empty stomach in fibre? In the past I used to take them just after a meal.

Thanks

I'd be very interested to know this one

When is the best time to take probiotics?

Before meal, after meal ...

Or with the fibre shake? Doesn't the fibre lock the bacteria up and stop it establishing itself?

And can i take psyllium fibre shakes continuously for say 4 months, twice daily ... doing the candida or probiotic shakes?

I just thought i might as well give the candida a proper shove out the door, as I'm doing most of the other things to kill candida anyway...

thanks Smile

You have to take a break from elverything you take, no matter how "healthy" it is for you, as the body can become allergic to anything you take on a daily basis. You don't want to become allergic to psyllium, so take breaks!!!

It depends on the type of probiotic you take. If you're taking live acidophilus as kefir, then with or without a meal is fine. If you're taking an acidophilus capsule, then with food is often best. Fiber may lock some of them up, but it will also help deliver them where they need to go, which is the small intestine, and keep them there longer so that they can establish themselves and flourish.

I've been adding lots of different stuff to the candida shake as well as the capriol -

grapefruit seed extract, anti-candida herbal tincture ...

I'm not getting any die-off symptoms as far as I can tell, although I'm doing regular enemas which probably helps.

Can I add things like powdered pau d'arco from capsules, and olive leaf extract? And is there any limit to the amount of anti-fungals you can chuck into one shake?

Thanks
