Colonic gone wrong?

I had a colonic last Wednesday, and have had several in the past with no problems and always started probiotics the next day.

However, this time it was too late to go to the health food store and with bank holiday weekend I ended up neglecting it as they were open at funny hours, although by the Saturday I'd started developing awful gas and stomach ache.

Monday I started taking probiotics, although by the evening I had terrible diharrhea. I stopped eating for a day and carried on the probiotics. All went back to normal till the day after..... diharrhea again.... took a day off food and everything went back to normal and today being Saturday and I'm still on probiotics I have diarrhea again.

Any advice folks as it seems that although I'm on a good probiotic, whenever I touch food I get an upset tummy now and it's getting to a pretty annoying stage now. Thanks!

it sounds like the colonic moved things around without taking them all the way out of you. You may want to do some fiber-based cleansing to reshape things and push whatever is still there on out. Sonne has a good simple bowel cleanser. What's your tongue look like?
