Low blood pressure and high resting heart rate

Hi all,

haven't posted here in a while.

I just had my BP and heart rate taken today and i had a nasty surprise.

BP: 117/71
resting heart rate: 85

I am slightly worried: what is causing these things? more importantly, what can i do to help myself? should i start doing cardio in the gym (to strengthen the heart and lower the heart rate? (i appreciate any input from anyone)

to disgress a little:i have my spinal xrays taken. next thurs, i will go in to hear what my chiropractor has to say about my xrays and spine. and then afterwards, he will start working on me.

That's about average. Sure, your pulse could be less. Same could be said about all of us who don't do 20 minutes of cardio 3x a week!
