Popcorn is a fun snack to have every now and again. Be sure to get real corn and not microwave popcorn, as this is usually genetically engineered corn. Just about all of Orville's corn has been manipulated by scientiests.

The problem with popcorn is that it's corn, and most people on the SADiet eat way too much corn, much of it hidden as high fructose corn syrup.

The second problem with popcorn is that it's very very dry. For most people, that means constipation - the stuff just will not move. And it doesn't completely digest - expect to see kernal pieces and shells come out.

To counter-act the problem of dryness and low-digestibility, prepare your popcorn like this:

After popping, dribble it with Tobasco sauce. Stir it around and let it sit and really soak it up.

While it's soaking this up, melt 50/50 butter and coconut oil. Pour that on, really go wild!

Pitta people, or people with pitta ailments, should forego the tobasco or use much less.

Add salt and enjoy! Smile
