Shelley, could you talk to us a little about what stools can look like while cleansing? I am getting such weird stuff, I wish I knew what it was. For example, with psyllium do they tend to look gelatinous and float? And since I've been doing the anti-candida protocol, I am getting lots of stuff held together by strings. I read on cz somewhere that that is yeast, but mine is brown not white. I got a little mp out, but now everything is like this stuff I just described.
Thanks! |

Hi, I just thought I'd let you know what I found in a herbal book of mine. The author talks about how when during colon cleansing you can have bits of food that have been lodged in there for years, including bits of encrusted mucus which can look very odd eg bits that look like rubber tyre, tree bark or coloured Vaseline jelly. Alternatively, bowel movements may emerge smelling particularly foul accompanied by a great deal of rumbling and flatulence.
I shouldn't worry though I'm sure Shelley will be able to offer more details on what it could be!

Yes, the psyllium fiber does tend to float. It's amazing what you'll see. I've seen stones even tho it had been ages since I liver flushed. This morning (I'm taking Colonix) I had light-colored floaters - the fiber tends to stay light colored - that were fascinating, like very thin ropes all bundled up together. Guess I have a tight stricture somewhere. Since I have to take prescription medicine my bowels have been uptight lately! so Im glad I'm cleansing!
Think of what comes out of your nose. That's the same thing that happens in your intestines - mucus hardens and gets more dessicated over time. The fresher it is, the softer and whiter. The older, the darker and harder. and mixed into that are foods that never really digested, toxins that the body walled off so we wouldn't absorb them...and all shaped just like our intestines because they were IN our intestines.
Now the strings usually mean that parasites have been nest-building. So do consider doing a parasite expulsion protocol to see if any of the larger parasites are there. |

Thanks to you both!
Shelley, is it your experience that once someone passes mp, it keeps coming? Or is it normal, like me, to pass a bit and not see any more for weeks? Surely that can't be it, can it? |

| Everyone is unique! Sometimes one rope is all you had caught up there. But be consistent with your fiber shakes and if more is there more will come. |

ah yes, that is often a sign of more ropes hiding in there!
You may want to do a series of castor oil packs. It will help the skin and adipose tissues adapt to your new weight and could actually slim you up further! |
