Hey,
I get outbreaks of small red pimples which turn into whiteheads on my shoulders, neck, chest and back. The wierd thing is it always occurs in clusters on my lower back, worse on the left side though, and also just beneath my shoulders like on either side of my shoulder blades. I think I have issues with my digestion but I just don't know what the best way is to start fixing this, I get pimples on my face also but they're not really an issue, they occur sporadically and not in clusters like on my body. Is there any correlation between breakouts in these areas and particular health ailments? I really don't want to have to resort to using chemicals to fix this problem and believe that it can be fixed internally. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
-Amelia. |

Hi Amelia! Those kind of breakouts usually have to do with low stomach acids and food sensitivities. Do the stomach acid self test (see the FAQ, first part I think) and check that first, then analyze the power of your digestion (all in FAQ).
Food sensitivities can be hard to spot. It's best to eat a very plain, clean diet for three weeks, and then rotate one questionable food in each week, keep a journal and watch for symptoms. |
