Hey, sorry it's been so long since I posted! Life has been quite crazy. I really don't know about an ALA plus NCD combo. I would probably want to say no, because I've never heard it done, but I'm not really sure why not. I know what you are worried about is NCD crossing the blood brain barrier, and that question is harder for me to answer since most of my issues are bodily. However, NCD has helped my brother become less obsessive compulsive, which is clearly an issue of the brain. Plus, sometimes when I am taking NCD I get the characteristic pulling feeling in my head which is when metals are being pulled from the brain.

In response to yinyang, in my experience the changes in my acne have been permanent. There are usually stretches of time between bottles for me since it is so expensive, but the condition of my acne stays the same. However, I think I am going to do a couple bottles even after I am completely clear because I know it is the cumulation of metals that is causing my issues. This means that after a couple years or so, pollution, etc. could be repoisoning me, which could end up bringing the acne back. At this point, I would probably just take another bottle. What I do see happening though is after the first or second day starting a new bottle after a stretch of not taking the NCD, I usually break out a little. It's like all the junk that was needing to get pulled out all gets pulled out at once at the results show in my face. After that the skin goes back to normal, and then continues to improve as I continue to use the NCD.

Thanks for all the info I've been using the ncd for 10 days now, i am yet to see dramatic results but the last week i haven't had any painful spots! I will be able to tell if its helping more after another week .
I am taking zinc, but no vit c as i am senstive to citrus fruits. I have been eating loads of veg so hopefully that will help with the vit c !
I'm hoping it will help with the candida too as i do definatley have candida

Hi sarie warie,
Remember that with NCD the results are going to be gradual. Don't expect dramatic results in two weeks. Because what NCD does is pull metals from your body that are inhibiting your body's processes, the longer you are on NCD the cleaner and more highly functioning your body will become. I saw results from the first bottle, but I had been chelating with other things beforehand so I may have pulled quite a few metals earlier. I would try AT LEAST two bottles before giving up. Also, don't worry too much about the vitamin C. It is mostly to help you feel better because sometimes chelating metals will make you have headaches, stomachaches, etc.

Great to hear from you!!

I started my NCD three days ago. 10 drops three times a day (I wanted to start hard and see if anything happened).

I havent really noticed anything yet, as you say, nothing is a miracle and everything needs time! The one thing I have seen is a slight increase in facial spots with white heads - I almost never get these anymore with my clean diet and better liver. I was just thinking that it might be related to the cleansing process.

Will keep everyone posted as to my progress!

Yep that happened to me too with the whiteheads. I usually get a small breakout at the beginning of each bottle. I think if I didn't take a break in between bottles this wouldn't happen. I can especially see why it would happen starting at 30 drops a day. Good for you! I wish you luck and remember, chelating takes time. Don't expect miraculous results in a week. Keep us informed about your results!

Hey everyone,
Sorry it's been so long again. A while ago I posted that I was in a hurry to clear my skin because I wanted to get married, but didn't want to do so with acne all over my back. Well, I am proud to announce that I am engaged!! And I was able to get engaged without the slightest nerves about what my skin would look like. The NCD has cleared up my skin amazingly. I feel quite like a different person. I've never been able to wear back showing dresses or tops in the winter, but this winter I have, and it's been really exciting. Oh, also as a result of the NCD my menstrual cramps have virtually disappeared. I think this is because the NCD is working out my hormones. Good luck to you all!
