... if you break up the stones really thoroughly before the liver flush (using things like Julia Chang's tinctures, ACV or malic acid, lecithin etc) - then could it be possible that it's more difficult to get all the muck out as cleanly?
I just had this thought, that if it's all chaff and little particles of muck in the gallbladder, it could be more difficult for the liver to push all tlhe chaff out with the bile in one go. It might be more likely for chaff bits to hang around and require multiple flushes to be thoroughly cleaned out.
Whereas if it stays as a stone, as long as you get the bile pressure up enough, it would just pop out nice and cleanly, all in one - and also come out cleanly the other end, rather than spreading mucky chaff all the way down the colon.
Obviously the stones would have to be small enough to pop out through the bile ducts and not all clumped together.
Just a thought, would be interested to hear your views Shelley |

I doubt it. I don't think pressure has all that much to do with it once the stones are tiny. It's only the large ones that need pressure to come out.
No, the only problem with breaking things up is then what traps t hem once they are out? In that case, it's best to do a liver flush that includes some sort of fiber, like the fruit-and-cream flush, or taking a fiber shake 2 hours before flushing. See, when you eat or flush, the same bile goes through the liver 6 times! It all returns to the scene of the crime many times during the process of digestion and only truly exits via the colon (if liquified) by being trapped in fiber. The one advantage of large stones is that once they exit, they don't return - they're too large to be reabsorbed. |

Yes, that makes a lot of sense.
So maybe the best thing for the most effective and least toxic liver flush is to soften and break the stones a little, but not completely? I will also try taking a P&B shake 2 hours before, I like the idea of catching it all in the fibre.
Could you suggest how much of Julia Changs herbs I should take in my case, and for how long - just to soften them up enough to get the maximum out and not get any stuck stones? I've got all 4 bottles.
My case, to recap, is...
- First liver flush
- Health problems: CFS/Fibro, Acne, PMS and hormonal system off. Also childhood history of long antibiotic use.
- No liver pain apart from a dull ache sometimes, but that is when i might have overdone the coffee enemas
- Healthy eating and lifestyle now, using good fats and lecithin or liquid lecithin (not every day)
Thanks! |
