I just did another flush last night. Felt OK at first, and managed to sleep about 6.5 hours, but awoke early in the morning to nausea. Had some Chinese detox tea (it has a whole bunch of stuff in it, ginger, dandelion, burdock, licorice, etc.) and went back to sleep, felt better when i woke up, but still the gross feeling returned throughout the day.
Also, even now at 6:45 I feel woozy/head spinning when I stand up. Feel weak, OK to eat a little bit but don't feel like eating much.
Another thing I noticed with this flush was burping, which didn't happen before. Only about 15 times, but I remember each time very well as I tasted the olive oil and grapefruit juice again. I still tasted it in the morning!!
Also....NO stones this time. I only had 3 or 4 last flush, and some chaff. This time, no stones, and no chaff that I could see. There was some tan flaky stuff floating in the toilet after I flushed it, but who knows what that was.
Oily pale floating stools (didn't have this after prior flushes). However, I have had discomfort below the right ribcage before, which I have again this time.
Note, I took lecithin, in a small dose a few weeks before this flush and larger doses for a few days before. ACV too, but only once a day, because that's all I remembered.
I've been flushing since September. I usually wait 3 weeks, but sometimes only 2 weeks, even though I'm not doing enemas or colonics. I take acidophilus and flax though, and have 1 often 2 bowel movements/day anyway. I guess I am just impatient for results. My rosacea seems to be getting better. I've noticed that my vaginal yeast infection has spontaneously lessened, the only things I've been doing differently are liver flushing and a semi-vegetarian diet. I haven't eliminated or even reduced sugar.
Time to give it a break? Keep cleansing the liver? Rebuild?
Move on to candida, parasites or adrenals?
Candida is probably still an issue, despite improvements noted above.
I'm pretty sure I have parasites as I think I passed a worm 2 flushes ago and sometimes I feel something "tickling" or moving around in there.
I suspect adrenals because a holistic nutritionist came and did a presentation at my workplace, and she said waking up at 3-4am (which happens to me regularly, for 4 months now) is a sign of adrenal fatigue. Also I still have the excess body hair issue that doesn't seem to be improving, which I see in the FAQ can be associated with adrenals. |
