|
|
Hi there,
I have just completed my 2nd liver flush and still have spots / acne that occurred after doing my 1st flush. I know this is normal but can anyone tell me how long it usually takes for the spots to clear up or do I need to keep doing the flushes every two weeks? After each flush I have also had swollen glands under my left armpit which goes after a day or two, has anyone else experienced that? Just wondering whats going on with my body at the moment.

It's common to have lymph symptoms. They happen because you didn't cleanse your intestines completely after the liver flush, and didn't flush your lymphs with a detox bath and dry brushing or trampoline. REad my guidelines and you won't suffer nearly any symptoms post-flush, or do a slow liver flush and have next to no symptoms - just watch things disappear! |

What would you advise for me to take to do a slow liver cleanse whilst doing candida diet, healing leaky gut ?
Already i take lecithan 1 tablespoon a day, trialpha as my die off symtoms from candida are constipation! I take oregon grape which is good for liver and killing candida, i take a liver support with artichoke, milk thistle. I've been doing the liver cleansing salads but missing the lemon as i can't have citrus ! I'm already doing lots for lymph management, and digestive power, but the acne is still persistent, so i'm thinking i may need to add something to the liver cleansing part ? I have julie's tinctures but can't take till after finished with candida because of the alcohol.
What would you do shelley ? |

If you're already taking herbs, then you're doing just about everything you can for now. Malic acid if you can find it, but really it just takes a little bit of time.
Are you drinking an alternative oil/juice cocktail? Some kind of good oil with cranberry juice or cooled peppermint tea keeps the liver flowing. Massage, yoga, stretching, bending, is also fantastic for t he liver. Helps shift things about. |

The peppermint tea can be hot, but if you're planning on mixing it with other stuff cooler is nicer to the intestines. Drink it hot as a snack, certainly. 1-2 cups a day as a tea break is a great thing to do.
Read the sticky posts and the FAQ, it's all there. |

Happy New Year Shelley,
I would like to do another Liver Flush and wondered when after I should do a salt water flush and also where can I find the details of a detox bath, been looking all over.......maybe I'm blind
I have also bought a 30 day detox and restore supplement programme to use after.......do you think that this is a good idea?

Don't feel bad but I could find it at first too. First I will explain where to find it so you can read the other info she has and then I will post the link. OK scroll to the top--you will see really big askshelley: vital health management--under that next to the picture of the garden is a list--home,VHM system,Forums,FAQ,Articles,Catalogue, and Services--this is just above where it says Make a Donation. Well go the FAQ and there is a list go to liver management and for the detox bath go to vital health management the one under FAQ not the one next to home--do you know where you click on forum to at the top to get to the forum well next to that is the FAQ. I hope I didn't confuse you. Basically read everything in FAQ--What I did was print them all out--it used alot of ink and paper but was worth it cause I can take them anywhere.
OK here are the links:
