Yes! I've been doing them pretty consistently for a year or two. I've added some movements like touching my toes, neck rolls, and crunches. I can't say I have increased energy or the rest of the stuff they claim, but I do enjoy doing them and think they must be doing good for me. Even on days I don't end up doing aerobic activity, I'm almost always able to fit in the Five Rites.
