I have just finished a 3 month candida diet, and have been told by my kinesiologist that i am now in balance, taking in vitamins and candida has gone. She has said my liver is low though. I am also still getting acne i ahve managed to clear up my painful jaw acne, i now just have little spots around mouth and chin, more on the right hand side of my face also on chest and back.
I'm not sure what to do next to try and clear my acne for good, i am doing lymph cleansing bouncing on trampoline 10 mins a day, coconut oil and dry skin brushing, bowel cleansing - enemas twice a week, i also take l glutamine for leaky gut.
What else can i do as this doesn't seem to be helping my acne ? |

You still need to do an elimination diet to see if you're allergic to healthy foods such as nightshade vegetables, more liver management - see the slow liver cleansing in the FAQ plus see about acidophilus supplements, do the stomach acid test (back breakouts are usually related to low stomach acids), try to keep to a more vegetarian/alkaline diet (not a lot of animal proteins).
Acne around the mouth is usually a combo of low stomach acids and low B vitamins and sensitviity to fruit acids and Vit C, especially if you're prone to cankor sores.
When your liver is free of stones, do a parasite expulsion protocol and see if anything comes out. Or just do a parasite cleanse. |

My chest and back have got a lot better since i did a 4 day juice fast and started eating mostly alkaline foods.
I have been eating more tomatoes and peppers so i will eliminate these for a while, my kinesiologist has tested me for food intolerances and the only ones she has come up with is dairy, citrus fruits and nuts/seeds.
The acne around my mouth has got worse , i should be getting enough b vitamins from juicing, it could be low stomach acid, i am taking digestive enzymes and hcl with my meals. I do find though lately that when i eat i get very hot and my face flushes, could this be a sign of low stomach acid ?
I am definatley sensitive to citrus fruits is this what you mean by fruit acids, so i avoid these anyway as well as vit c. I did take triphala which has is a source of vit c, should i avoid this maybe ?
I will definatley start liver cleansing.
Also does fasting reduce stomach acid, as it seems to be worse since juice fasting ? |

| actually juicing won't give you a lot of B vitamins, in fact, hardly any. Vegetarians are chronically deficient in important B's. Foods high in B vits are oats, barley, wheat bran, avocado, salmon, Brazil nuts, nutritional yeast flakes... |
