okay but would it help balance my hormones ?
i have acne and i was wondering of eating flax seeds would help with this due to hormone inbalance or if it would make it worse, i have heard that people with high estrogen should avoid flaxseeds, i have endometriosis which i've heard is caused by too much estrogen, but my kinesiologist said i have too much testosterone. |

When girls have too much testosterone it means they have too much estrogen too. We have to have estrogen and progesterone in a particular balanced ratio. If estrogen is high, then progesteroen has to be high too.
I'd avoid flax seeds if I had any hormonal issues at all. I'd reduce all hormone rich foods and do tons of liver cleansing. Wehn the liver is clean the feedback system for hormones is fixed so the body stops overproducing. |

| Kefir should have as much sulphur as cottage cheese. They both come from milk after all. |
