Okay my acne is getting better on my face, much smaller zits now unlikle the cystic ones i had before. I don't use moisturiser on my skin as i try and get this through food, and i usually just wash with water and take saunas to cleanse skin. however i have noticed thst because i don't use moisturiser my acne has not healed very well and i have been left with red/purple marks and a few tiny pitted scars.
Beacuse my skin is very sensitive to moisturisers and it causes me to break out and skin to be itchy i can not use even now to help skin heal !
What else could i do ?

I have several scars that I am using ozonated olive oil to treat, and some horrible stretch marks (which depress me terribly) Im not sure if Shelley would recommend this for acne (or if she does in general).

Ive been using it for a week, once daily, not seen much improvement yet but will give it time! Bought mine from a seller on eBay.

What about rosehip oil? Ive heard it was good for scarring but it didnt really help any of mine.

Camelia oil has really helped my mom's acne scars. Also copper peptides could help.

Stretch marks are usually a sign of lack of zinc, but taking zinc now won't heal them. Sad They're tough to get rid of, unfortunately.

Face/acne scars improve, however, with a good combo of diet and direct application of various nourishing oils and clays.

I don't know which of the highly specialized, expensive products are good - I tend to stick to the cheap and reliable. Wink The ones I recommend all the time are just regular drugstore brands that are cheap and excellent - Freeman's, Queen Helene. A clay and avocado mask really nourishes deep, and you can't beat freshly mashed fruits for enzymatic cleansing. I like experimenting with different oils - just regular oils used for cooking, nothing fancy.
