One of my all time favourite supps is Biocare's mega EPA Fish oil capsules. It is extremely thoughtfully made. Not only do you get a mega dose of EPA & DHA, but the capsule is coloured green with chlorophyll to protect from light. Also the capsule is made out of fish gelatin (rather than other sources).

The capsules are quite big, so might not be to everyones taste.

Biocare generally have excellent supplements. I've been to their offices. I only live 4 miles away from their main building. They're an expensive brand though!
