I've just found this site and I'm hoping someone has an answer for me.
Everytime I eat, no matter what it is my stomach makes really loud noises. I was having alot of pain in my lower left side, so I had a colonoscopy done. The diagnosis was IBS, but my colon looks good, no polyps..
I'm starting a new job in a week and I want to get this issue resolved.
I try to eat healthy, yogurt, whole grains, no fried foods, lots of water, and salads. Does anyone have any ideas for me... Thanks

I might have similar problem after I've done few liver flushes. I wouldn't recommend any kind of gluten grain. I don't know really waht to do and was wandering why after liver flush? I think that Epsom Salts might have irritated my GI tract. I would recommend stocks from animal bones, rich in Gelatin. I'm gonna make one tomorrow from free range chicken(with feet to add gelatin). Boil it with spices for 24h and there ya go. I found it to be a very good remedy for any problems of this kind. When I eat, it feels very good, almost like magic for my guts. Could give it a try, hope it helps.

Hi Joy!

Do the stomach acid self-test. Instructions in the FAQ. And add digestive enzymes and probiotics (kefir is better than yoghurt) to your diet, see if they help. If they do, then you know there's an issue with your pancreas and/or liver. That means it's time to cut out sugar for awhile and do a bit of fiber-based cleansing of the small intestine, and some liver cleansing.

You should also have your posture analyzed. If your posture is out of shape your stomach is out of shape and this causes digestive problems.
